Services

We offer personalised educational mentorship, including (but not limited to):

• Reviewing university application documents (e.g. SOPs, CVs)

• Providing strategic advice for university applications

• Mentorship calls and feedback sessions

All services are provided remotely and are intended to support applicants in preparing their own materials and strategy. We do not write or fabricate application content on behalf of clients.

 

Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made via the official website.

• Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• You will receive confirmation and details via email after booking.

For mentorship tiers that include multiple sessions, a payment plan may be agreed upon in writing.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is allowed 24 hours prior to meeting time. Any rescheduling requested after that will be subject to availability and charge 10% of the price of the service. 

• No-shows will be considered a cancellation.

If for any reason we are unable to provide a booked service, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduling.

 

Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your application.

• Submit documents in a timely manner before the scheduled session.

• Attend sessions on time and communicate any changes proactively.

 

Intellectual Property

All original materials provided during sessions, including templates, guides, and feedback, are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, reproduce, or sell any content shared during mentorship.

 

Disclaimer

Our services are based on personal experience and professional knowledge, but we do not guarantee admission to any institution. The final outcome depends on multiple factors, including your qualifications, the quality of your application, and institutional decisions.

 

Privacy

Your data and documents are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

Changes to Terms
