High-impact mentorship

Helping you reach your highest impact

Why choose me?

My mentees receive offers from their dream universities or got their first job offer after graduation with my support.

My mentoring style has evolved into what I now call capacity-building mentorship. I don’t hand out answers. Instead, I ask the right questions, offer tools and frameworks, and work with you to uncover your “why.” Whether it’s a personal statement, CV, job application, or major career decision, my approach is always the same: helping you express yourself clearly, confidently, and strategically — on your terms.

My mentees have gained clarity about who they are and what they want to do. Again and again, mentees have told me that after our sessions, they finally understood their direction — whether academically, professionally, or personally
