My mentoring style has evolved into what I now call capacity-building mentorship. I don’t hand out answers. Instead, I ask the right questions, offer tools and frameworks to uncover your “why.” Whether it’s a personal statement, CV, job application, or a major career decision, my goal is the same: finding your voice and sharpening your story confidently and strategically to get you that offer.
